The mentoring program for new lawyers is designed to elevate the competence, professionalism and success of new lawyers. Mentoring creates an opportunity for an experienced lawyer to provide professional guidance and to share practical knowledge and skills with a new lawyer during the critical transition period from law student to legal practitioner.
The McLean County Bar Association's Mentoring Program has been approved by the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism to provide ethics CLE credits for mentor and mentee participants.
